Smith, Martin, Powers & Knier, P.C., typically represents bankruptcy trustees, banks and other lenders, business and farm entities, and individuals, and our attorneys are engaged in all aspects of bankruptcy practice. Our Bay City, Michigan, law firm represents both creditors and debtors, and trustees, in chapter 7, 11, 12 and 13 bankruptcy proceedings. While most of our bankruptcy work is with long-term existing clients or by referral from other attorneys, we welcome new client contacts.
